Here is some information about how to prepare for the session:
The session will be held over zoom.
Please bring a dream (or one night's dreams) to the session. You will only work with one night’s dreaming during each session unless time allows for more. You are welcome to either come with a dream you've had that you would like to have more understanding on, or to dream with a particular intention the night before the session.
If you should choose to dream with a particular intention, you may step into the night's dreaming practice by first writing your intention down in your dream journal at bed time, and then repeating the intention as a mantra until you fall asleep.
In preparation for the call, please feel free to set up a sacred space in whatever way that feels right to you. Please have a notebook and pen. You are welcome to record the dream mirror with your own device.
